Dr. George M Kimeu
B.Com, M.A, PhD, FCPA(K), CPS(K), AMKIM
Currently George provides leadership in the Audit and Consultancy divisions of the firm and is also the Managing Partner. He has over 30 years professional experience in auditing, accountancy and management consulting. He has directed and managed large projects in both public and private sector, financed by the World Bank, AfDB, PTA, IFAD, SIDA, European Union and other donor agencies in the area of financial analysis, accounting, audit, and restructuring; and has undertaken various assignments on receiverships and corporate recovery. He has audited and advised major organizations including manufacturing companies, tea companies, cooperative societies, hospitality and leisure industry firms, sugar companies, water and sanitation entities, service providers; and has provided capacity building and consultancy services in the public and private sector, as well as training of staff and management of various organizations, among others.
George is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya, Member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya and an Associate Member of Kenya Institute of Management. He holds a doctorate degree in Organizational Development and Transformation from Cebu Doctors’ University, Philippines.
David G Muchungu
David, a founding partner of the firm is an accomplished accountant and training expert with an experience spanning over 30 years in accounting, training and financial management in both the public and private sectors including NGO’s. Currently, he provides leadership in Accountancy and Taxation Division. David has extensive experience and deep knowledge in the unique operations of small and medium enterprises and other entities. He is reputed for providing practical solutions to operational, budgeting and accounting challenges faced by firms operating in the SME sector.
